I haven't received any order confirmation

On successful payment & order completion, you will receive an email or SMS. Please write to us support@unovasocks.in in case you didn't receive one.

When will I get my order

We usually ship all orders within 1-2 business days of order confirmation & use leading shipping services to ensure fastest delivery, however exact transit lead time depends on location of final delivery.

I want to cancel my order

Order cancellations are only allowed before it has been shipped or within 24 hours whichever is earlier. For cancellations, please write to us support@unovasocks.in along with your order ID & confirmation mail.

I have received a damaged item

In case of any damaged items delivered, please notify within 72 hours of receiving the shipment, write to us unovasocks.in@gmail.com. Please share images of the product along with shipping label in your email & mention order.

Combo Offer Policy

Products purchased as part of a combo offer are non-returnable. All sales on bundled items are final.

Standard Return Policy

Full Order Returns Only: If you choose to initiate a return, all items or pairs from the original order must be returned together. Partial returns are not accepted and if partial return would be there refund would not be processed.

Product Condition: All returned products must be completely unused and in their original condition.

Processing Fee: A flat fee of ₹150 will be deducted from your final refund to cover return shipping and handling charges.

Combo Offer Exclusion: Please note that this return process applies only to standard orders and does not apply to combo offers, which cannot be returned.

When will I get my refund

After receiving images of your damaged product, our representative will get in touch with you to confirm the damage & refund. The same will be initiated & completed within 3-4 working days.

I like other designs more & want an exchange

We offer a one-time free replacement policy (reverse shipping to be done & borne by customer) In case of initiating the same, please write to us support@unovasocks.in within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

When will I receive my replacement

The item should be intact, unused, unsoiled, unwashed and in its original packing. We will process the exchange & initiate shipping within 7 days of receiving the originally sold item.

I have changed my mind & want a refund

We have a no questions asked refund policy (reverse shipping ( Approximately RS150 ) to be done & borne by customer). In case of initiating the same, please write to support@unovasocks.in within 7 days of receiving the shipment .
